Blue Monday, but not really if you start it this way! This is the Blue Snow Bowl from @thehappinesscafe and it tastes good. The blue smoothie bowl part is sweet with a slight tang, the granola is crunchy and salty and the fresh fruit, well can you ever go wrong with that? The only thing I always struggle with is: it looks gorgeous, but the apples and fig are way too big for one bite and the berries on the stem look stunning, but for eating purposes it's just not the best. Still, I'd rather have a beautiful photo and fuss with my food than having it another way 😋. Note: this bowl is NOT nut free. Order without peanut butter and maybe without granola if you are allergic and inform the staff. Moody breakfast 💜 This breakfast was way to gorgeous not to photograph! It is supereasy and perfect for an everyday breakfast too, here comes the "recipe" Night before: Stir some milk (I used the Tiger Nut from @rudehealthnl) into your preferred overnight oat mix. Let it sit in the fridge until you wake up. In the morning: add yoghurt, blackberries and 1/2 a banana. And you are good to go 😋. Easy peasy right? Bananabread 🤤. This banana bread is everything I want: moist, sweet and crunchy 😍 I adjusted a recipe from @sortedfood by adding less chocolate, I used whiskey instead of rum to soak the raisins and I subbed the almonds for for sunflower seeds. Solve a kitchen struggle If you want to line your cake or loaf tin (trust me, you should because it makes it TONS easier to get it out) but it doesn't stay down, just clip it 😊 Just make sure to remember to remove them in case you are using plastic (covered) ones. If not, you should be fine focussing on getting your bake ready to eat 😋. What is something you struggle with in the kitchen? Sterrengerechten voor iedereen! Vandaag is de lancering van de Sterrenbox. @houbenworstenbrood heeft samen met vier sterrenchefs (@soenil_bahadoer , @dick.middelweerd , @restaurantzarzo, @restaurant_wiesen) supertoffe en innovatieve worstenbroodjes bedacht. Samen met @jipvandenboomx ben ik op proef- avondtuur gegaan. Mijn favoriet: Die van Zarzo, met chorizo en manchego. Een beetje pit, maar niet te (gelukkig, want dat kan ik niet aan, haha).
